pool noodles are awesome. basically snap on floating devices for cheap!

should have thought about this earlier in my fishing career.

I dropped a brand new deep sea carbon rod with a brand new shimano calcutta 700 in the sea on the first outing.

sad day.

what a way to kill a day, at least now it won't go missing. I wonder how many fishing rods divers come across

I don't think divers will be going that far down. Ocean is a big place. Plus it just rusts from the inside out. Its no good afterwards.

it depends, some bodies of water aren't extremely deep, it varies.
