unfortunately because 3D printers are not large enough it had to be printed in sections and fastened together. With a big enough printer you could have quite the light weight rig

With all those bolts holding it together I would imagine that this is pretty heavy. I also don't understand why it is this patchwork of different colors. Just because its 3d printed doesn't mean it has to be ugly.

42 days of your life you can't get back, i rather just buy one than spend all of that time just to save money.

I think that it is pretty clear that this guy is more interested in 3d printing than he is in kayaking.

yea, and that the point.. with a large enough printer do you not see what that could do to manufacturing of kayaks. Feck how it looks I really think y'all are missing the point...
