Do you keep your fish and cook them up or do you release them afterwards?

Back when I lived in BC< we would go fishing for salmon and then smoke it ourselves. It was delicious. I didn't spearhead the cooking operation, but I was on hand to help eat it up when it was done.

that's the best thing to do, got to love going through that process.

You can also candy the salmon, which tastes delicious. Basically like candy! Also stops it from going bad as fast.

Could be a good idea. There are plenty of ways to prepare fish, and I think it tastes so much better when you caught the fish yourself.

it sure does

it beats going into the grocery store and picking up raw prepackaged fish

plus doing is this way is much more fun and rewarding.
