Welcome to the forum. Great video.
What fish have you caught before?

here's your video embedded.

Love the gopro. Looks like you have had some pretty successful fishing trips recently. Great video.

Do you keep your fish and cook them up or do you release them afterwards?

Thanks for posting this up for us.

If you do cook them and have some good tips, let us know!

Back when I lived in BC< we would go fishing for salmon and then smoke it ourselves. It was delicious. I didn't spearhead the cooking operation, but I was on hand to help eat it up when it was done.

You can also candy the salmon, which tastes delicious. Basically like candy! Also stops it from going bad as fast.

I never knew that, that is something I will have to try.

I'm starting to think we should get a recipes section going on here!

Could be a good idea. There are plenty of ways to prepare fish, and I think it tastes so much better when you caught the fish yourself.

it sure does

it beats going into the grocery store and picking up raw prepackaged fish

plus doing is this way is much more fun and rewarding.
